Well 2003's show season has opened with a bang, and what a bang it was at Donny this year...the weather was yet again kind blessing the majority of show go-ers with ample rays whilst viewing the excellent cars...as well as the lady talent that we have come to know and love each year.

As well as the multitudes of excellent cars on show the arena area was yet again home to eye opening driving skills and displays featuring none other than Mr Russ Swift, who could be seen drifting his evo with awesome precision and control throughout the day as well as the odd incident of getting a mini up on two wheels as the lovely Jakki Degg popped out from the passenger window waving to on-lookers, before returning back to solid ground and 4 wheels.

Trade stands were also in abundance with the usual range of chromed rocker covers to garden sheds...thats right garden sheds (I don't know either so dont ask) either way catering for your every possible need.

Inside the usual collection of awesome custom cars that this show is based around could be found featuring some of the most original and finest paint work you could find anywhere in the country...or even further afield for that matter.

With the weather being such as it was cars were looking at there best as can be seen in the collection of pics below...paint work was gleaming and all the chrome bays and goodies were being shown in there best possible light...

Of course Donny would not be complete without the yearly accompaniment of assorted lady's...

This year was no exception with the Ripspeed, FastCar, Revs, Max Power and the Adult Channel girl's to name but a few on show attracting almost as much attention as the cars on display...

I was with the fordsport club and was lucky enough to photograph Redline and Page 3 stunner Alana for them and as a knock on from that for the FastFords site too! You lucky people you!

Many thanks to FordSport as well as Alana for helping to make a great season opener...lets hope there is more of the same on the way for the rest of 2003.
